How To Fill and Sign PDF Documents and Forms - Fast and Easy
Once in a while you might get some PDF documents forms to fill your details and sign it manually. Here, you might need to print these documents on your printer, fill it and sign it with a pen and than send it by fax machines or scan it and send it by email.
All of this process is really unnecessary, because you can use a simple feature you can find on the recieved PDF document itself. It called Adobe Fill & Sign.
On the right menu of your PDF document you will find this feature Fill & Sign which help you edit your PDF document in two ways: Fill forms fields and sign the document with your signature easilly and fast.
How to fill and sign PDS documents?
Just click the Fill & Sign option on your PDF opened document and the PDF document will turn into editable document.
As you click Fill & Sign, you'll get a menu on the top of the document. Let's explain these options from left to right:
Ab - Select this option to be able to add free text in your document. As you select it and click on the place you want to add text, you will get a text box which you can type your details. If you want reposition or move the text box a little bit, you can click on its edges and move it as needed.
X - This option will allow you to mark X sign in the form as needed.
V - This option will allow you to mark V sign in the form as needed.
O - This option will allow you to draw a circle around the selected answers in your forms.
Line - This option will allow you to underline and mark delete line (strikethrough).
Black Dot - This option will allow you to mark dots as you need to create list of things.
Sign - Clicking on this option will open you a sub menu with two options:
Add Signature to simply add your signature. You can draw a signature or upload a picture of it.
Add Initials - Adding you First name letter and Family name letter to the document.
When you're done with filling the PDF form you just click SAVE and you're really done. Just review it and send it by email.
